You’ll meet one‑on‑one with an instructor, learn the basics, and get personalized guidance on which group classes will help you reach your goals.
Monthly Social Dance Parties
The next Monthly Social - June 27th
Every month we host our YCD Social Dance Party — a lively, welcoming night where everyone comes together to dance, practice, and have fun. When the music starts and the disco ball turns on, the whole studio feels like a celebration.
Our socials include:
A warm, supportive environment for all experience levels
A quick 30 minute lesson to start the night off
Ballroom, Latin, Swing, and social dance music
Helpful instructors on the floor to guide you
A friendly community vibe — no partner needed!
$20 or bring a friend and you each pay $10

Not at all. We rotate throughout class so everyone gets a chance to dance.

Comfortable clothes and smooth soled shoes that stay on your feet. Ballroom shoes are great — but not required.

Absolutely! Our socials are designed for beginners and continuing students alike. They’re one of the best ways to build confidence, practice at your own pace, and get comfortable dancing with others in a relaxed, welcoming environment. No partner needed.

Totally normal — and you’re in the right place. Most of our students walk in with little to no dance experience. Our instructors are friendly, patient, and great at breaking things down so you always feel supported. You’ll never be judged here — just encouraged.
